This is the top of a wine bottle stopper. The bottom part came off and we tried multiple times to glue it back together but didn't have any luck. I saved it because it's pretty and it's glass and I thought we might eventually find a use for it.
Do you see all of the dust on that shelf? This book case is in my office so I rationalize that I am the only one who sees it so who cares if it's dusty? I care but obviously not enough to do something about it!
PS: I used to have many more items on this shelf but I've moved them to a new location or they're on the list of 100 in 100.
